Puzzle ball is a stress-relieving game where you have to colour match the 11 little balls inside the puzzle to their 12 holes by pressing the ball from one hole to another until you have the correct position.
Not only is it good to fidget with for those with ADHD but it is also calming to those with autism due to the tactile sensory feedback you get from playing. It’s a great brain training exercise and builds fine motor skills.
