You don't have to be able to do pull ups on it swing off it is just as good a sensory exercise to give vestibular feedback as well as proprioception. This particular bar is the best quality we have found whilst still being portable. It twists to make it the right size for your door and can take up to 18stone in weight. It's also perfect for taking away on holiday or for going to visit grandma. It is a firm family favourite for us.
