These resistance bands are used usually for adults to exercise with for our adults with sensory needs these can be a real game changer as they can give so much sensory input in all different ways.
For children we recommend these be used under supervision so they aren't used too much for smaller developing bodies. They can be perfect for putting around chair legs though to bounce on whilst sitting in class still.
The bands come in 5 different strengths and comes in a little bag to keep them safe when not in use.
